​LBC is available to complete make ready for sale cleanings for the sell of your home or office. This would be a one time cleaning to prepare the space for brochures and website photos. Also, after the make ready for sale cleaning is completed, we are available for weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), or monthly (every four-weeks) cleanings until the sale of your home or office. We complete free estimates so that we can see each space and tailor the cleaning to fit each individual’s needs. Make ready for sale cleanings require a 50% deposit, at the time of booking, to hold the space on the calendar. Most make ready for sale cleanings include the items below. Please keep in mind that we can add in or remove items as needed.
