Our Mission

Little Bit Cleaning, LLC was created to provide residential housecleaning and various home concierge services to customers in the Denver Metro area.  We are a fun-loving, professional, conscientious, housekeeping company who prides ourselves on going above and beyond for each of our customers regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religious affiliation, or socio-economic status. We aim to become a regionally recognized brand name who partners with our customers and local organizations and who recognizes the importance of treating its employees and clients as the backbone of the company. Our goal is moderate growth, annual profitability, and improving the image of what housekeeping companies represent while maintaining our sense of humor, integrity, and pride in helping each person with whom we come into contact. Our team motto is, “Every Little Bit Counts”, and we want each of our customers and coworkers to pay attention to the Little Bits that make houses feel like “homes”.

History of LBC

Little Bit Cleaning LLC ® was established in October of 2010 by, then Owner/President, Kim Brady. She worked tirelessly and with much love, to build a company that could not only sustain herself but continue to grow, so it could provide jobs and a living wage for its team, as well as provide exceptional services to her clients. She wanted to change the face of cleaning companies throughout the nation. LBC hired their first two team members in May/June of 2012. These two team members have been a part of the team for over 8 years. Kim, the owner of LBC, has had a trusted advisor on her board, since the day of inception. Jeff Payne has been there for every growing pain and all the successes. Jeff has taken over as Owner/President of LBC on March 15, 2020, and has been working hard with the LBC Team, as we move through the COVID-19 pandemic, and continue to care for our team and clients along the way. We are now focused on the support of our team and our clients, as well as continued growth and improvement every day.

Every team member is covered under LBC bonding and liability insurance policies. We have the team covered so that any accident in your home is covered. We diligently work to ensure that things do not get broken, but we are human. If something is damaged, or a team member is injured in your home, we have it covered.

Free In-Home Estimates

All estimates with LBC are completed in-home. This enables us to meet our potential clients face to face, and tailor the cleaning to fit your exact needs. We will give an accurate estimate of the timing and cost to complete your cleaning. You are electronically sent a quote to accept, so that you can get scheduled for your cleaning.

Reminder Notifications

LBC uses an online scheduling system so that you are alerted of your upcoming appointment, including the date, time and cleaner that will be cleaning for you.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Client satisfaction is always our goal and expectation. If you feel we have done an excellent job, please leave us a 5-star review. If you are not satisfied with any area that was completed, please contact us within 12 hours of the completed cleaning, and we will have a support staff, or the team member, return to re-clean the area, free of charge. We pride ourselves in a zero re-clean expectation. This makes hiring LBC absolutely risk-free!
