Are you insured?

Yes, our company is registered to operate in the state of Colorado and is fully insured and bonded with $2,000,000 in Liability Insurance. Our Liability Insurance covers any property damage that may occur at your home or business. You may receive a copy of our insurance upon request.

How secure are your team members?

All Little Bit Cleaning LLC ® staff members are put through an intensive national background check before hire and are required to be available for random drug screening at any time. They are also required to go through an intensive training and testing program, including company policies, procedures, and core values.

How long will the average cleaning take?

Everything depends on the size, and condition of the home, as well as the list of desired items to be completed, however, on average maintenance cleanings will generally be between 3 and 5 hours.

How do you determine rates?

Cleaning fees are based on the size of your home; as well as usage of each area in the home. Many factors determine how long it takes to clean a home, which directly reflects in the price. All clients are billed on a per hour/per cleaner basis.

To give more accurate estimates, we come to your home and complete a walk through with you. For initial details, and move in/move out cleans larger than 6 hours, a 50% credit card deposit is required. For all regular cleanings, we will charge your credit card within 24-48 hours of your cleaning service. Rates vary from $57-$60/hour depending on packages and discounts. All hourly rates are per hour/per cleaner, so most estimates are given in terms of “billable/labor” hours. We have a two-hour minimum for cleanings ($114).

Do you guarantee a specific day and time for my cleaning appointment?

Since all estimates are done in person, we will pick a day and time that works with our combined schedules. Please allow 30 minutes leeway based on weather and traffic conditions. If an emergency occurs or we will be more than 30 minutes late, we will call the client.

What if I need to cancel my cleaning appointment?

If you need to cancel for any reason, we require a 48 hours cancellation notice. Unfortunately, if you do not notify LBC of a reschedule or cancellation,  you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the agreed upon cleaning rate. At LBC, we understand that you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment and we make it a priority to maintain flexibility, as we also understand emergencies happen. However, if not given adequate time to schedule another cleaning in place of your cleaning, it causes income loss for our team members.

Do I need to be home when your professional cleaner arrives?

No, however, it is totally up to you. We will make personal and confidential arrangements with you on how to gain access to your home. We require all clients who are not going to be home to purchase a lockbox for their security. Place the key in the lockbox and provide LBC with the code as well as the location of the lockbox on-premises. You may also give us a code for the garage, or door, to gain access, as we do not hold any home keys for clients. If we are unable to gain access to your home (through no fault of our own) for a regularly scheduled cleaning, we must charge you a lockout fee of $75.00 to compensate for the loss of time and driving expense for our team members.

Do I need to supply anything?

No, we supply all products and equipment unless you have a special need. We are more than happy to use a specified, customer supplied product upon your request.

What if something is damaged in my home?

While every precaution is taken to ensure great care of your home and belongings, accidents do happen. If we should damage or break something, we will reimburse the equivalent value of the item. If it is over the price of our deductible our insurance adjusters will take care of it.

What if someone hurts themselves on my property?

Little Bit Cleaning provides workers compensation insurance for all employees in the event of an on-site injury.

How do I make a payment?

All clients are required to set up credit card payments via an authorization form once the estimate is completed and a cleaning is scheduled on the calendar. All regular cleanings will be charged within 24-48 hours of the scheduled cleaning. All details/move in/move out cleanings require a 50% deposit to secure the time on the calendar. The balance is expected when services are completed. Many customers prefer paying for their services for the entire month on the date of the first cleaning of the month.

Can I pay for additional cleanings in advance?

Absolutely! Many of our clients prefer to pay up front for the month so they can budget properly. Please discuss details with LBC directly for payment options. Also, if you would like to purchase 5 cleanings in advance, your 6th regular cleaning of equal or lesser value will be free.

Are Discounts Available?

Paying for all of your regular cleanings on the first cleaning of the month will result in 10% off of your regular monthly services. (Biweekly and weekly clients only)

Pay for 5 regular cleanings, get your 6th regular cleaning free!

*Any add-ons which require additional time than originally scheduled will be adjusted for price on the day of the cleaning as needed.
