During the COVID-19 Pandemic – We have systems in place to ensure that you, your families, and our team members are safe. Our teams are wearing masks, gloves and disinfecting all cleaning supplies, (caddie, bucket, dust mop/mop head and pole, as well as vacuums), in between each cleaning, to ensure that we are not carrying germs from one home to another.

Jeffrey Payne
Owner/General Manager
Jeff has been on the advisory board of LBC, since its inception in 2010. He has recently taken the helm of LBC and wants to continue creating outstanding services and provide jobs for the team members that they can feel proud of doing and being part of a team that cares for each other and the client, their homes, and their families.
Vanessa
Field Manager
Originally from Ontario, Canada, Vanessa Marcil spent most of her life in Alabama until she and her partner embarked on an adventure, settling in Denver with their daughter Ellie and two cats. With experience in the cleaning industry gained in Denver, Vanessa now leads our team as Manager, overseeing scheduling, customer relations, and ensuring top-notch service. Welcome aboard, Vanessa!

Bryan comes to the table with over 13 years of cleaning experience and when meeting him you realize how kind, but driven he is. He takes great pride in the job he does for himself and his clients. Every client that he serves continues to sing his praises and the love having him in their home.

We choose team members that have a deep sense of integrity and caring for others, therefore we are continually working with them through up training, constant feedback opportunities from other team members and clients. We have accountability checklists, as well as random quality control checks. We choose outstanding team members so clients have an outstanding experience.
- Expansion / Growth: We are continually looking for opportunities to expand our team. This enables us to continue growing our LBC client family, by helping give time, and experiences back to people. We have trusted businesses in the community to refer to other services needed, like carpet cleaning and window washing.
History of LBC
Little Bit Cleaning LLC ® was established in October of 2010 by, then Owner/President, Kim Brady. She worked tirelessly and with much love, to build a company that could not only sustain herself but continue to grow, so it could provide jobs and a living wage for its team, as well as provide exceptional services to her clients. She wanted to change the face of cleaning companies throughout the nation. LBC hired their first two team members in May/June of 2012. These two team members have been a part of the team for over 8 years. Kim, the owner of LBC, has had a trusted advisor on her board, since the day of inception. Jeff Payne has been there for every growing pain and all the successes. Jeff has taken over as Owner/President of LBC on March 15, 2020, and has been working hard with the LBC Team, as we move through the COVID-19 pandemic, and continue to care for our team and clients along the way. We are now focused on the support of our team and our clients, as well as continued growth and improvement every day.
